Prior to joining Code and Theory, Muller owned and operated more than two dozen Dunkin Donuts stores on Long Island. He also managed 300 employees. Muller purchased his first franchise in 2004 and later acquired 13 and built 12 more over the next 10 years.
Larry Muller’s experience as an entrepreneur also includes establishing a video game distribution company. He founded Alliance Distributors in 1989 and managed the company until 1997, during which time he grew annual revenue from $1 million to $25 million. The New York-based company had 30 employees and distributed video games from publishers like Microsoft X-Box, Konami, Nintendo, and Acclaim. Muller also established the Video Game Alliance, an advertising group that included numerous video game dealers.
